FOCUSED FOUNDATIONS OF BIRTH
Two intimate and packed sessions to get you ready for your birth. In our time together, Heather will cover the basics and prepare you for your upcoming birth. Heather is an experienced doula with 16 years experience, and she will guide you through the majors to get you ready for the labor, childbirth, and immediate postpartum decisions.
