BIRTH REFRESHER COURSE

NEXT CLASS: Wednesday, July 23 @ 6-8pm

Expecting again? Baby 2, 3, 4…. Maybe you have taken a Birth Education course before but this time you just need a refresher!

In this 2-hour time together, you will:

- share the story of your prior birth(s), (optional)

- learn the ways this labor and birth may be similar or different from your previous birth

- refresh your memory about stages of labor and comfort measures

- identify emotional signposts (not just timing of contractions) so you know how to identify active labor with baby 2, 3, 4…

- gain practical tips for sibling adjustment
