BIRTH REFRESHER COURSE

NEXT CLASS: July 13, 2026 6 - 8 pm

Expecting again? Baby 2, 3, 4…. Maybe you have taken Birth Ed before, and maybe I was your Doula last time too, but together, we just need a little refresher!! 💜

In this 2-hour time together, we will:

- share the story of your prior birth(s), (optional)

- learn the ways this labor and birth may be similar or different from your previous birth

- refresh your memory about stages of labor and comfort measures

- identify emotional signposts (not just timing of contractions) so you know how to identify active labor with baby 2, 3, 4… especially if it goes faster

- tips for sibling adjustment (as a mom of 5, I’m here to share what works!! 💜)

*FREE for current Doula clients, as this takes the place of a typical prenatal appointment
